Brad Goble is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of TDV Global Inc. He has a wide range of management consulting experience in both the public and private sectors with an extensive background in change management, strategic and business planning, business development and strategic partnerships. Mr. Goble's breadth of experience with Federal, Provincial and Municipal organizations provides valuable insights into the unique issues to be addressed by clients attempting to create partnerships/linkages with the appropriate levels of government. Mr. Goble has also shared his experiences and viewpoints at various public sector conferences covering his pioneering work in the area of Integrated Management Systems, as well as strategic planning and performance measurement. This experience, coupled with strong project management and leadership abilities enable Brad to facilitate and support large, multi-dimensional initiatives from development through to implementation.

Brad has an undergraduate degree in Economics and Commerce from the Royal Military College of Canada and a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University.

Michael Ennis is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of TDV Global Inc. In this capacity, he is responsible for the day-to-day TDV operations. Mr. Ennis has significant experience in the development and delivery of professional services to clients in the private and public sectors. In his professional career, Mr. Ennis has gained extensive experience in business renewal, business and strategic planning, change management and policy development. Such diverse experience allows Mr. Ennis to provide his clients with a balanced perspective of the evolving strategic issues facing the public and private sectors. His background and experience provide a foundation for his superior leadership and communication skills. These abilities enable him to relate and interact well with both management and staff at all levels within an organization. He provides civic leadership through his involvement in community organizations as a volunteer, coach, and executive.

Mike has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.

Marc Baril is the Partner managing the TDV Global Inc. Security and Intelligence portfolio. Mr. Baril provides a wide array of consulting services in the realm of management renewal and program effectiveness. A seasoned executive with over 20 years of blended experience at the operational, tactical and strategic level, his expertise in continuous improvement, program evaluation, business planning, performance measurement, benchmarking, empowerment, human resource management and finance have enabled him to continuously deliver timely high quality deliverables adapted to the specific needs of his clients.

Marc has an undergraduate degree in Commerce from the Royal Military College of Canada and a Master degree in Industrial Relations from the Université Laval, in Quebec.

Ken Rayner is the Partner managing the TDV Global Inc. Health portfolio. Mr. Rayner is an established leader and facilitator, with the proven capability to tackle problems with creative solutions. He is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of management experience in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Rayner possesses exceptional planning and project management expertise and has led a number of high profile, large-scale strategic alliances and projects over his career. His diverse experience in planning, facilitating, implementing and managing large, multi-dimensional projects provides Mr. Rayner with significant insights regarding multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Ken has an undergraduate degree in Arts from the Universities of Western Ontario and Calgary.

Mr. Gair is a seasoned leader, with over 20 years experience in management roles in Consulting, Engineering and Information Technology organizations. He has been successful in operations management, business development, strategic and business planning, performance management, training, organization restructuring and project management. His management skills have developed through ever increasing positions of responsibility, most recently appointments as Business Unit Director of Delivery in a large IT Systems Integration Company, a Client Executive spearheading new client business development and the Atlantic Region Manager of a Management Consultancy office in Atlantic Canada. In his role as the Director of Delivery he was responsible for business development and project delivery, Project Management quality, the building of a Strategy and Business Analysis practice, and ISO Quality Standards.
